Today I got to go to church all by myself. I have sick; coughing sick kids, so Greg stayed home with them. It was a little wierd. I didn't really know what to do with myself, but I really enjoyed being able to listen to the speakers. They were great! Just think if I could listen each week how inspired I'd be. I did notice, too that we have a really loud ward. It was ok, but I never noticed it before because we are usually a part of the noise. I would always say that whoever sat by us wouldn't get much out of the meeting. It's all part of the journey. At least we are there and trying.
Back to the point, I am very grateful that I got a few hours away from the kids at church to rejuvinate. I love my kids, but now that Greg is down in Phoenix four to five days a week, a break is much appreciated.
Oh by the way, Greg's doing a job detail (filling in) for 120 days in Cavecreek (just North of Phoenix), so he stays at his sister, Scottee's house during the week and is home for a two or three day weekend. He really likes the job and we are hoping that it will turn into a real job, but we never know with the Forest Service and when the detail is up, it'll be fire season again.

Bummer about being away from Greg for so long during the week. We will have to do more chats online at night to keep our sanity. It would be fun to see you guys soon. You can always stay with us. We have a big extra room downstairs that would be easily converted to a guest room if you want to stay.
Hey Page. Our girlie had tetrology of fallot with absent pulmonary valve. In the end it was because of kidney failure. What did yours have? I'm so sorry she was your first, I'm sure you were paranoid with your other 3, you had every reason. Thank you for checkin on us, it makes us feel loved!!
Speaking of being alone for a bit and being rejuvinated. Want to come to Women's Conference at BYU April 30-May 1st? I just booked my ticket tonight. And I know Beth is going, I'm not sure if Jenny is or not yet. But it would be GREAT if you could come. I went a few years ago and LOVED it!!! I am way excited to get away for a few days and to be uplifted on top of that sounds Heavenly!!
