Do dogs have bad days like we do?
Today I had to break up three "Bitch" fights. We laugh about it but it was so bad today. Our two dogs, Chillee and Chonee are not becoming the best of friends. In the second fight I got a battle wound. I went to grab Chonee and Chillee was to, but she got me instead. She bit my finger hard. It still hurts tonight!! In the third fight, instead of grabbing Chonee like I usually do (yes, usually! Fights are happening pretty regularly lately), I kicked them apart and then went to grab Chonee, but she took off after Chillee again. This happened a couple of times until I finally got her. But, I was so scared. I've never been scared before, but I was tonight after my finger got hurt as bad as it did. I'm worried about my kids getting hurt next time. And I don't want to do two dogs anymore.
So tell me, am I crazy? Am I a bad dog mom because I want to get rid of one?
I feel so bad! I don't want to get rid of either one, but I think that I need to and I'm sad because I think that it might be my Chilleedog that goes. She is such a good dog. Her only bad thing is that she barks like crazy whenever anyone come to the door. We've had her for eight years and she is just such a good dog, but she does have cancer, so that's why I think that she'll be the one that goes. It makes me so sad. I want to cry just thinking about it.

I don't much advice for ya with the dogs, but I feel bad for you and your finger. :(

YOu're not a bad dog owner. I would worry about my kids getting bit too. We will take Chillee. If only we could. Chillee is cuter than Chonee though :) Chonee is kind of funny looking.
Someone will want one of your dogs...maybe both, but then again that's coming from the pet owner who didn't name her last pet :)
