All in a Days Work

Last week, I was a super homemaker all in one day. I had about twenty pounds of apples that I needed to do something with, lemons, and onions. I dehydrated celery tops, onions, sweet chillies, and apple slices. (I had three dehydraters going.) I juiced a huge bag of lemons for fresh lemonade. Then I put them in red solo cups and froze them for fresh lemonade later. I made and canned apple pie filling, and I canned meat. Wow! I know, I rock! (I wasn't a great mother though, my kids watched ALOT of cartoons and movies that day.) I guess it's good that I don't do that everyday. But, it's so fun to do and so pretty to look at sitting on my shelf.

the apple slices didn't last long. too yummy.
