Christmas Festivities

We had many Christmas festivites this year.
Afton's school put on a concert that we attended. Afton was a reindeer and sang "Up on the Housetop," "One Little Reindeer," and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." She did great! It was hard to see her with all the kids on the stage, but I saw that she was singing.
Brinlee and J and Koa and I made cupcakes to give to Brinlee's bus driver and her school teachers. Afton made one and a present for her teacher, too.
The kids were doing something fun for the holiday almost everyday.

On Christmas Eve, we went up to Camp Verde and spent the evening with the Bleaks. It was so much fun. We split into groups and had a gingerbread house making contest. My group won, of course!
Then the kids each opened a present to play with. We had a lovely evening and are so grateful for the Bleaks to welcome us so openly into their family.

We drove home that night and awaited the arrival of Santa!!!
